Between us, we have cruised with 11 different lines on 32 different ships for a total of 40 cruises (that’s a total of 228 days at sea so far). Our experience on land includes all inclusive resorts, packaged tours as well as custom trips, for a total of 42 counties visited.

New to the travel industry in 2019, Polly Hemstock brought experience in the hospitality industry, as a trained chef/restaurateur, and fine wine sales representative.

Polly is an avid cruiser and has traveled to exotic destinations around the world, gaining a deep appreciation for different cultures and cuisines. Her experiences abroad have enriched her culinary skills and inspired her to create unique and memorable dining experiences for family and friends.

To add to her knowledge, Polly has completed training courses with Princess, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Norwegian, Celebrity, Windstar, MSC Cruises and Viking. She has sailed on several Seminars at Sea, learning about Carnival, Celebrity and Holland America. Polly belongs to CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and earned certifications from CLIA, including Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), and in July 2023, Master Cruise Counselor (MCC). She ia also a member of ASTA (American Association of Travel Advisors.)

Susan joined forces with her wife, Polly Hemstock, as co-owner of their Cruise Planners franchise in April 2024. Her path to this role is as dynamic as her passions—before diving into the world of travel, Susan spent more than three decades shaping communities as an Urban Planner in New York City, Cape Cod, and South Florida. An avid traveler and foodie herself, she loves visiting new places and sailing on different ships. She and Polly have a goal of exceeding Sue’s mother’s record of visiting 59 countries. She also finds nearly as much joy around horses as she does exploring the globe. Ever since taking her first pony ride at age five, horses have been a constant source of inspiration and happiness. Today, she combines that love with purpose, devoting time on weekends to leading horses in equine therapy sessions for children with disabilities at Bit-By-Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Davie, Florida.
